Question by Mirack Obomney 2012 (CORPs CANT Shed): Will true conservatives help this marijuana decriminalization bill that offers the energy back to THE STATES?
TO CLARIFY: This would not legalize marijuana. It would basically decriminalize it AT THE FEDERAL Level, and then every person state could then choose how they want to treat marijuana.
Some states have healthcare marijuana laws already, this would eradicate the conflict in between state and federal law.
So will all individuals Republicans and conservatives (not necessarily enamored with the Republican celebration) constantly speaking about an overreaching federal government squashing person rights and states rights assistance this bill? It is sponsored by Ron Paul (R-TX) and Barney Frank (D-MA).

Reps. Ron Paul (R-TX) and Barney Frank (D-MA) are set to introduce a bipartisan bill nowadays that would get rid of the federal prohibition on marijuana. The bill would instead let states legalize, regulate and tax marijuana………….Politico says the legislation is modeled after the 21st Amendment to the Constitution, which repealed the federal prohibition on alcohol and handed that responsibility to the states. Quoting the Marijuana Policy Venture, Politico reports its “the first bill ever launched in Congress to finish federal marijuana prohibition.”

If this passes, I hear areas like California and Kentucky could be the initial to legalize and get some of that new income stream.
