   Marijuana has many benefits to cancer patients the main two are how marijuana actually kills cancer cells and it helps reduce pain due to chemotherapy. The difference between marijuana someone buys off the street and medicinal marijuana is medicinal has more THC the substance that gets you high but also kills cancer cells while leaving normal cells alone.
