Marijuana is illegal in Jamaica but everyone smokes it there and it will get offered everywhere in Jamaica and practically nothing happens to the criminals that smoke it and promote it. The law is ineffective result in men and women continue to keep smoking that crap. Whats the dilemma why Jamaica cant legalize marijauna and whats the stage of maintaining that law on the books when its not gonna be enforced for one thing so wipespread? Why did Jamaica make marijuana illegal in the very first put?

first world contries says its illegal, so we gotta make it illegal too. for in the island when its not staying mass make or distributed government turn a blind eye two it or make u shell out a small fine n dats it
