Query by Joe.R: What would a single have to do to get a cultivation license to grow marijuana in California?
I was pondering if it was possible for me to move to California (I presently live in New York), receive a cultivation license, get a tiny house with a plot of land in the backyard, and make a living promoting marijuana to dispensaries? How realistic is this? How difficult is it? What roadblocks would avert me from undertaking this? Critical responders only, please.
