Query by Monica W: Is there anybody to regulate these marijuana medical professionals?
My son could not wait to turn 18 so that he could go to the clinic and get his marijuana, he knew exactly what to do, he just informed the medical professional his back was in discomfort. he was so proud of him self, whilst now he truly does have a difficulty, he is addicted to marijuana and he can’t manage himself. He has currently been arrested. can we quit these medical doctors?

Marijuana is non-addictive. Healthcare marijuana must be legal.

marijuana is effective medicine that can be grown at home. it’s safe and the only reason it’s illegal is because the REAL drug pushers (the pharmaceutical companies) can’t control it.

those prescription drugs the ‘real’ doctors push will kill you

  2. It is psychologically addictive and that’s on a person to person basis. Much like other prescripted drugs, addiction is real and the doctor’s aren’t to blame for the patients lying.

Being arrested for what? Marijuana? Now he can get it and be legal at least…I don’t like the thought of potheads out on the roads tho.
    Edit:
There are different types of MJ some worse than others and this is my OPINION, not a statement of fact that your son will use the worst stuff out there.

Technically, he isn’t addicted to marijuana. You could make inquiries with the FBI, since it is a federal crime being committed, but they seem to have taken the position that this is one of the laws they aren’t interested in enforcing. There isn’t really even a point in trying to stop the doctors.
It seems to me that since we have so many laws that it’s impossible even to attempt to enforce them all, it’s past time to let the Libertarians re-work our criminal code. Though I sympathize with your position, I actually think marijuana and narcotics are too tightly controlled, and antibiotic prescriptions are too easily obtained, for best public health.
