Query by beaner: I think I found marijuana in my yard!?
right now I went outside and identified a bunch of leaves that seem exactlyblike marijuana leaves. I did not see any buds. I in contrast them to a picture and they match properly. they have like seven leaves two currently being tiny and the other bigger. is it even possible and what must I do? (they aren’t poison ivy or oak or whatever your excuse is)

What should you do? Ummm………….fire it up? It’s almost 4/20, i bet someone thought your yard was a good location to plant for this year. Don’t cut it down, it’ll regrow, you’ll need to get all the roots up to make sure it doesn’t come back.

You need to call the police IMMEDIATELY! Get them out to investigate or whatever so that you do not get accused of using it.

Well if you smoke weed, then fertilize them and try to keep them hidden, keep an eye on them though because they could have been planted by a kid from your neighborhood that didn’t think you’d notice them.
If you don’t smoke, pull them up and throw them away, or burn them, put them in your composite heap…whatever. Call the cops if you’re worried about someone reporting you, but it shouldn’t be a big deal.
More than likely they’ve just sprouted up from discarded seeds when someone was driving by rolling a joint. The stuff grows really easy…thats why the call it weed…cuz it grows like a weed.
It’s an imposter. I have the same things in my yard, I can’t remember what they’re called, but they’re not pot. They stay small and are more like a ground-cover weed. Marijuana gets very very tall and is unmistakable. Hit ‘em with a dicotyledonous weed killer if they’re a problem, otherwise just mow them down and forget about ‘em.

marijuana is a weed that naturally grows in all regions throughout the world
it could be a male plant, which is why it is not budding, or it could still be in vegetative growth
just fertilize once a month, water daily, and try and keep the bugs away
once it starts budding little white hairs will appear all over it. once the hairs all turn brown (or 95% of them), you can then harvest your plant
trim away all the leaves and hang the bud upside down from a string to dry for a few days
after 5 or so days you need to move your weed into paper bags to finish drying
they will be done when you can easily snap the stem into two
now you need to cure your weed, to make is taste better and less harsh
put your weed in jars, and every other day open the jars for 10 minutes to get fresh air in them
after about a month you will have some tasty, highly potent marijuana

update: white hairs mean it is a female that has begun flowering. females are the plants that produce the actual smokable marijuana. the bud will start appearing any day now, so now is the time to decide what you want to do with that plant
