Query by Emily P: Does any person know of any above the counter Anti-Anxiousness Meds. that truly works for Serious nervousness & panic?
Anything that operates for Panic Disorder Nervousness Disorder and Agoraphobia.
I’ve attempted L-Theanine inositol Powder, Herbal teas and vitamins Benadryl (worst suggestion ever except if you want to be a neurotic Zombie) absolutely nothing operates for me. Exercise and breathing can only do so much but its obtaining overpowering especially because i quit smoking. I am 25 so age restriction does not apply to me since im over 18. I never have insurance coverage so i cant pay out for prescription medicine.
I am Professionally Diagnosed by a psychiatrist with Panic Condition Generalized Anxiousness and Borderline character Condition so the diagnosis is not the difficulty the no insurance coverage is and i’ve attempted all the prescription anti depressants that supposedly perform with nervousness like Trazodone for rest it had terrible side effects all the ones i were prescribed are not on the Walmart four$ program i’ve looked and named them.

No money for a doctor/psychiatrist? No problem, here’s a free clinic finder, just type in your zip code and it will find a free clinic in your area:

Trying to self-medicate without a proper diagnosis is a very bad idea. Please get the help you deserve. I did and yes, it was difficult, but my life is so much better now. Good luck.
