is it possable for the police to arrest you for having movies up on youtube of u smoking marijuana..i live in the U.S and it is illeagle. in which i am..could the police use it as evidence and search the net for the individuals who do place videos of themselfs out there?
i havent publish videos nevertheless…

yeah they can arrest you!!
that’s how they got the guys that were giving kids weed to smoke a few months back. They posted it on youtube or myspace, not sure which, but they went to jail.
it was all over the news!
all they really need to figure out the ip address where the video was uploaded. It’s not that hard for them, it’s their job.
