Can a individual face charges for posting videos on YouTube about growing, smoking, or liking marijuana?

nah. if u dont care that anyone understands you smoke pot then ur okay and aslong as u arent tellin them where u reside and stuff ur excellent

Smoking or liking, I’d say no. It’s perfectly legal to admit that you enjoy or have smoked marijuana before. As for growing, I’m unsure about this. The laws around this sort of thing are sketchy at best. I’d just make sure you didn’t let on your real name or face or location. However, the odds of being busted for this are pretty slim, unless it was a video of some large scale grow house.
Only if they are seen to be growing it themselves and it can be shown that this has occurred in a country where it is not legal. In which case it could be used as evidence to obtain a warrant.
I used to post pics of my grows on a cannabis forum but made sure that no plugs sockets or receipts (price labels) could be seen, no outside background could be seen and that no identifiable people appeared in the videos or pics.
I always (falsely) stated that the grows themselves were carried out in Amsterdam, although they never were.
Smoking it, no.
Growing it, maybe.

but there is a strong chance that the video will get reported after a while and if the owner of the video has more than 3 reported video,his account will get suspended.
