Marijuana can be used for good and bad but god put it here for a reason, but the law says we can’t use something that should be used.
Legalize, decriminalize, either way just stop putting people in cages for smoking a plant. Nothing can more blatantly be put in the category of ‘cruel and unusual punishment’. If they want to keep it against the law, fine. But putting people in jail for something proven to be less harmful than alcohol and cigarettes is a huge hypocrisy and is clearly unconstitutional. Prove me wrong.

@jdetuncq I apologize, but that was not a ‘dis-information attempt’, i did not knowingly lie to you, i thought that was true, i have myself been mis-informed and my comment was ignorant, i should and will look into it more and not just take what my ‘teachers’ say as truth. I’m not someone that always trusts teachers or other governmental figures.
they don’t want to legalize marijuana because pharmaceutical companies would lose so much money on ADHD drugs, pain medication, depression drugs and whole bunch of other minor psychiatric drugs. why wouldn’t they prohibit alcohol and cigarettes which harm and kill so much more people whereas marijuana is relatively harmless? i guess they need the health industry to make money as well.
