The Federal Government is cracking down on California Medical Marijuana Dispensaries after the folks of the state of California voted to make marijuana legal for medical usage. Do you believe the Obama Administration can secure the borders of California, Arizona, and Texas. The Mexican Drug Cartels will be back in organization now we can’t develop it, so men and women will get it from the drug cartels.

He’s not cracking down on it. Quite the contrary, actually. Last year, Obama passed a bill making medical marijuana dispensaries zero priority on the FBI’s to-do list, thereby decriminalizing it. And many things are passing through the ballots calling for legalization, legislation, and non-interference by federal government, so it’ll be legal almost everywhere pretty soon.
The next big Eric Holder debacle is about to come unglued. Next there will be
photos of aids patients being drug out of homes with a blunt in their fingers,
snarling smiling faces of Obamas storm troopers looking real tough and mean.

(1) The Obama administration has gone to court, in order to PREVENT the states from enforcing federal “IMMIGRATION” laws, But then, at the same time, Obama EXPECTS the states to ENFORCE federal “DRUG” laws,..So,.. can you say HYPOCRISY,.? First of all it is not the Obama Administration that is “coming down hard” on medical marijuana. Obama has admitted to wanting to decriminalize marijuana. The people enforcing the federal law are the DEA ( Drug Enforcement Agency). The Obama administration has told the DEA to stop prosecuting and raiding medical marijuana dispensaries and grow houses multiple, but the DEA shows no signs of stopping. It is not a question of what I believe, but more on fact, that no matter what this country does to try to stop marijuana from flowing in from Mexico and the rest of South America, they will not succeed in stopping most of it. One solution many illegal growers use to not use the Mexican Drug Cartels for marijuana is to buy there own seeds online, which is completely legal, and in no way can the government prosecute someone for purchasing the seeds alone.
