Well.. The question pretty a lot says it all. Would it be illegal to have a marijuana leaf in bracelet? What would be the consequence? I just want to have it sealed in a bracelet, so it is not like any person could smoke it. Is that nevertheless illegal? Technically it is possession of marijuana, but does it actually fall beneath illegal in this case?

Yes, it is nevertheless illegal. You can break the bracelet at anytime and use it if you desired.

It is one leaf in one bracelet and sealed in a solid (plastic/ Lucite) – the leaf would crumble otherwise, can’t get high off a leaf, I bet the State law does not list a leaf as possession and should pose no legal threat.
