Query by Aidan W: Is a healthcare marijuana recognized in other states in which health-related marijuana is legal?
We are each legal, thanks to the excellent state of California. Nevertheless, we are traveling to Washington state in the summer season…I know Healthcare Marijuana is legal in Washington state, but will our California Medical Marijuana cards be acknowledged in Washington? For instance, will we be ready to go to dispensaries in Washington state with our California suggestions?
Oh, and I’m not making an attempt to open of a marijuana debate. Just a yes or no will do, thank you!

No, the card is only good in California.

There are no dispensaries in Washington because there is no need. No you can only use your card in California. And the feds still consider it to be illegal even in CA. I say let each state decide for themselves like they do with other major debates. Sorry. At least you can in CA.
