I do not smoke marijuana, I’m just pondering if a organization would hire someone that smoked marijuana for medical factors, or does that not matter at all?

no there is no healthcare motives to smoke it they won’t hire you if you do smoke it.

If a person has a prescription for a controlled substance, such as a narcotic, which a licensed doctor has determined is important for the person’s health, that would only be of interest to the employer if the underlying health condition, or the use of the drug, makes the person unfit for the job. For instance, if you have certain health conditions, or take certain legal medications, you can’t drive a commercial truck.
In the UK there is no legal reason to smoke marijuana.,,despite numerous claims from people it can help with MS etc.
Personally I feel that it causes more problems than it solves, depression and paranoia being some of the side effects,..I do think they should do more research into the active PHP element that gives pain relief as this could be very beneficial to people.
Would I employ someone who smokes pot – no. sorry,
