Query by Ace: If i have a medical marijuana card, can i develop and sell to a dispensary?
I have a California Health-related Marijuana card. Under the state tips, I’m allowed to have a certain volume of plants (six mature) and some immature plants to grow. Am I allowed to sell this harvest to a dispensary for profit?

  1. I’m fairly certain you can – at least, I’m certain that in some states where medical marijuana is legal, you don’t even need to have a card to grow for dispensaries. If I were you I’d call a nearby dispensary and ask – you live in Cali, and I understand they’re everywhere around there!

This is a question best asked to the person who gives you the card.

Be ethical, and only sell to people allowed to smoke it, otherwise if you’re caught, you’ll get heavier sentencing. They’ll send undercover cops to you all the time, I know a grower.
