New Court Ruling out of Isabelle County, MI has place many Dispensaries in the direct line of fire from law enforcement. The court ruled that Dispensaries can be shut down if viewed as a public nuisance. Clubs in Detroit, Ann Harbor and Lancing have been shut down so far. ALSO: AMA changes stance on Cannabis and New California initiative filed to Decriminalize Cannabis.. all that and more in this edition of HTT News !1
