Posh can close your airways and make your heart price 200 some thing and marijuana doesn’t do something to harm you. How in the world is this legal and marijuana not?? Posh has hazardous side effects but yet you can purchase it at a gasoline station. And yes you can buy it at a gasoline station, I bought some last weekend.

Cannabis was common amongst Mexicans so the government at that time created it illegal and gave it an spanish name, “Marijuana” and developed propaganda to scare white men and women so they would support it really is illegalization, this way the police could arrest mexicans on the basis of drugs instead than searching racist. It stays illegal to maintain mostly blacks now in prison.
Yet another cause is due to the lumber industry which also played a part, they did not want cannabis replacing trees for paper.
They did not teach you any of this in college though did they? An uninformed society is easy to manage.

Technically, they arent legal to consume. Most of them sell themselves as incense, and virtually all of them state “not for human consumption” on the package somewhere.
So, the synthetics were invented decades ago. There was never a formal law passed against them. They have been used underground for a LONG time. And then hit mainsteam market within the last couple years.
The “not for human consumption” label meant it took a LONG time for the old a*s idiots who make the laws to catch on to what was going on.
At the end of last year, they passed a bill that was to temporarily enact an emergency ban against the smoking blends and 5 of the most popular ingredients. However, before the ban could go into effect, someone pointed out that it fell under a presidential order that states that you cant enact an emergency ban on anything if it will effect the economy. Apparently its taken SOOOO long for the idiot law makers to figure out whats going on that now, tooo many people rely on it as a source of income, and they determined that banning it would do too much damage to the economy.
They will still likely ban them, but it wont be an emergency ban, and it will have to come through the official passing of official laws.
But yes, I agree, its incredibly screwed up that this stuff is legal while marijuana is criminal.
