Now why would anyone want to give up their nice time on here to do your home work for you. You can research this your self and then you might learn something. Besides, I am sure you meant this for cigarette smokers, as sort of a insult any way. While I do not smoke, and the fact that this is suppose to be your home work, do you not have enough sense to research it your self.
Why? Well they aren’t but the government cant legislate in a way that would allow them to be taxed and regulated as an industry or import so they aren’t legal therefore they are harder to get and are addictive so to get them by committing a crime for the money to buy them is not so much a stretch for the addicted seeing as how they are already breaking the law by using them in the first place and that is the genesis of the myth that they are dangerous or at least more dangerous than cigarettes (an oppressively over regulated, taxed and legislated product and industry)
