again he makes no sense if we legalize pot the drug dealers are going to be selling it. thats suggesting that 1. selling legal pot makes them un-arrestable, 2. it wouldn’t make catching these people easier because lets face it these paranoid prohibitionist are going to be watch our every move to jump on every little bad thing that happens after legalization. so this really works in the opposite direction for the argument. 3. good pot smoking people don’t like being involved in criminal activity.

CONTINUATION. SO ITS FINE JUST AS LONG AS YOU DIDN’T MEAN TO GET DRUNK AND DRIVE AND CRASH INTO SOMETHING. and this is all not to mention drunks who are addicted and the decision isn’t firmly in their grasp. (marijuana is as addictive as coffee so there wouldn’t be as many people going that route)

what anti glasses guy is saying is that you know your getting intoxicated when smoking pot (even if your no where near unmanageable then some who’s drunk), but with alcohol its only people who aren’t use to drink that will get drunk from small amounts (and seeing how alcohol impairs judgement (unlike marijuana)) would drive thinking they can handle it, or it could be someone who might of had two-three beers but were kind of big and accidentally drank to much.
