Question by Sarah: Does anyone know in which I can uncover a correct and current spot to seem at Oregon Laws?
The law I am specifically hunting up is Prenatal Marijuana Use. Reports have shown that marijuana even in substantial doses, does not impact the fetus. Any studies that do display differences in the fetus were completed with women who also smoke cigarettes, and drink alcohol. I want to know what Oregon’s laws are on how they deal with a newborn with marijuana in it’s system. I use marijuana for medicinal purposes, and I trust it WAAAY much more than any pharmaceutical drugs that are Recognized to trigger spina bifida, and congenital heart defects in the infant. Any data on Oregon’s laws pertaining to this subject would be tremendously appreciated.
Yes, it can trigger spina bifida, and yes i already attempted google, a lot of occasions, and the two of individuals oregon web sites only lead to a really vague description on what constitutes youngster abuse when it comes to illegal drugs, there is nothing that pertains to a mother’s marijuana use and what actions they take. I locate a lot of resources that say many states have this, or other states do that or some states do this, but practically nothing particular about Oregon. Is there one more way I can locate out the laws about this?
