Discover I say substance and not drug simply because I believe the phrase drug is thrown about a tiny bit also a lot these days. I know technically a mind altering substance is a drug. But I think a drug must be a mind altering substance with hazardous effects.

No because its better then cigs or cigars. Yes it should be legalized because it does not have any long term damage like tobacco.
