Im 16 and i dwell in california. Sorry sweets i am a Californian and have my card. You MUST be 18 to get the card. Even if you are able to find a crap hole that tells you they will give you a card it isn’t legal (even if your doctor says that it is OK). You still have to go to a dispensary and they wont sell it to anyone who is under 18 (and they do check). No one is going to risk it to help a minor. Just buy it illegally till you are 18. Sorry
