I saw lots of upside-down flags at a pro-cannabis rally in Omaha, NE. I did not know what this meant and had to appear it up later.

Found this statement from usflag.org:
The flag should never be dipped to any person or thing. It is flown upside down only as a distress signal.

This was one of two protest for the legalization of marijuana that we occurred to come on in Europe. Folks would march close to with their banners and every single now and then you’d get a whiff.
La policía was present, but as long as the individuals had been civil they did not interfere.

This was the second rally I’d noticed in Europe exactly where the folks had been coming collectively to demonstrate their adore for weed. The other protest was in Rome.
