Query by paul w: Cop took my health-related marijuana pipe?
I got a dui as effectively at the exact same time . I am not hunting to be judged just asking yourself if this is legal?
I didnt get the dui for getting beneath the ifluence of marijuana. It was for drinking. and i have a perscription for health-related marijana.

A medical marijuana card only allows you to legally possess marijuana. It does not allow you to drive while under the influence.

DUI is a crime, and the pipe is evidence of that crime and can be seized.
