Clare Police Officers Greg Rynearson and Al White Pose for Pictures After Winning 2011 Michigan Municipal League Neighborhood Excellence Award for Cops and Doughnuts Companies

Clare’s Cops & Doughnuts company won the 2011 Community Excellence Awards Friday (Oct. 7, 2011) for the duration of the Michigan Municipal League’s 2011 Convention in Grand Rapids throughout ArtPrize. This is the highest statewide honor bestowed on a Michigan neighborhood by the League.
