Question by : Can I get a license to grow cannabis for medical departments in California?
I strategy someday to get a property in northern California with lots of land. And just like a plantation, I’d like to use a lot of it to harvest and develop money crops, like pot. Now, I saw just lately that one particular Marijuana Inc. special on CBS and saw that in northern California, many men and women grow pot and never get charged for it or anything and I was pondering if it is legal? I do not smoke pot personally, but I want to find out if I can get a license to grow cannabis to market to healthcare departments I could make hundreds of 1000′s, if not millions! So, any hyperlinks or one thing would be good, thanks. God bless!

It is still illegal. Possession of up to one ounce gets you a $ 100 fine. If you have more, you get a record and jail time.
