allowing for the guy in Texas to be eliegible beneath another states qualifiers for eligility below that state currently being applied.in a nut shell,can a man from a state without healthcare marijuana get it in an additional state?.

    Move to California with the other dopers if you want to smoke marijuana.

    Oh, and by the way, even in California, they are still in violation of federal law.

    Under the federal Controlled Substances Act, marijuana is illegal to use under any circumstances. It has no accepted medical use under this law.

    Yes. California is the only state that will allow you to obtain a recommendation even if you are a resident of another state. The recommendation only covers you while you are in the state of California. Once you leave, you are in violation and not considered a patient anymore. Not to mention, it’s illegal to cross state lines with cannabis.
