I have changed my views on a lot of things over the years through new studies coming out or simply becoming more open minded to other people’s opinions and beliefs and listening to them and their views then moulding my own worldview through that. It is okay to be wrong Cindy, we are all human, we all make mistakes. It would do you well to be honest with yourself, admit you are mistaken, and learn from it.
